RETURN & REFUND POLICY
7-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Initial purchase includes a 7 day trial and money back guarantee from the date of receiving the equipment. Receiving date means the date when the shipment was delivered to the customer as per the shipment's tracking number. If the Device or service does not meet Customer’s expectations, customer must notify SwiftNet via email support@swiftnetllc.com, website chat, or text message 424.210.7169 within 7 days of receiving the device. In this case a refund for the data will be issued when the Device has been shipped back. CUSTOMER MUST SHIP THE DEVICE BACK WITHIN 7 days from the date when service was canceled. “Device” includes all equipment sent (e.g., antenna and power cords/charger). Devices returned after this period will not be entitled to a refund for either the One-Time Membership Fee or any Monthly Membership Prepayments. Customers may use any desired shipping carrier to return the device, on the condition that the shipping method will have a tracking number. Customers are responsible for the shipping fees to return the product. Refunds will not be issued if SwiftNet does not receive the returned device.
For any refund requests please contact us at support@Swiftnetllc.com, once we have received your refund request we will contact you and provide you with an RMA and return label where applicable. Please be aware that you must contact us BEFORE a refund may be issued, DO NOT SHIP anything before we respond to your refund request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number(“RMA”) or other instructions. Once you have received your RMA please follow the return instructions as provided. We are not responsible for loss or damage of your return shipments.
EQUIPMENT RENTAL POLICY:
If you chose to rent the hardware from SwiftNet, a holding deposit which is specified on the product page of the device will be held for the duration of the rental. If you pause/cause your subscription, the device must be shipped back to us within 7-day of the cancelation. Please reach out to our support team via support@swiftnetllc.com or 424.210.7169 in order to receive the return instructions and address.
Failure to return the device and provide a valid tracking number within 7-days of cancelation will result in a charge for the full cost of the device.
DAMAGED/MISSING EQUIPMENT:
You are responsible to return all items within 7 days and provide a valid tracking number upon canceling service while renting the equipment. Failure to return all parts and equipment will results in the cost of these parts being deducted from the refund amount. If the equipment is returned broken or damaged, costs of these fees will also be deducted from the refund. If your holding deposit does not suffice the full cost which is due, you will be charged the additional amount in order to satisfy these costs.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellation of any subscription can only take place when the device has been returned to SwiftNet Internet and associated tracking information states that the unit has been received by SwiftNet Internet.
If you are renting the Devices from SwiftNet, they are to be returned in the manner that they were shipped. Please note that no modifications should be made to the device–this includes the addition of any adhesive or tape.
Devices that are not returned or are returned in an unsatisfactory manner will be subject to a device replacement fee of $99 for TR200 and $349 for 5G Virtual Sim Diamond Plan Router.
You will receive a full refund minus the cost of shipping as long as you notify us with your wish to cancel within the 7-day Trial. Devices must be returned and a valid tracking number provided within 7 days of canceling the subscription. Once the tracking information states the hardware has been received by Swiftnet Internet, please allow Swiftnet Internet 5-10 business days to process, inspect, test the unit and issue the refund. NO REFUNDS FOR MONTHLY DATA WILL BE ISSUED FOR PREVIOUSLY BILLED MONTHS IF SERVICE IS CANCELED AFTER THE 7-DAY TRIAL PERIOD.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You may use any shipping carrier you choose as long as a tracking number is available. Failure to send the Devices back with a valid tracking may result in the shipping carrier losing the package, in which case you will be responsible to pay for the device.
