CAN I PAUSE MY SERVICE?
Yes! You can pause any time. Our services are month to month with no contract. If you own your device there is no fee to pause the service.

IS THE SERVICES CELLULAR OR SATELLITE?
Our solutions use all three major cellular network carriers in the U.S. and Canada.

WHAT DOES THE HARDWARE COST?
You can either purchase or rent each device. If you choose to rent there is a $15 monthly fee. However, half of your monthly rental fees (up to 50% of the device's cost) can be applied against a future device purchase.

WHY WOULD I USE THIS SERVICE VS STARLINK?
Whether you are camping in a remote campground, or near cities and towns, cellular service is easier, faster, cheaper, and not dependant on the weather. From the forests of Maine to the swamps near Miami, from cloudy Seattle to sunny Dallas, we have you covered!

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT THAN MY PHONE OR A HOT SPOT?
Our service connects to all three major carriers, and unlike your hot spot, this device will change providers to give you the best service. Our unlimited services are truly unlimited, with no throttling and no caps. You also have the option of pausing the device when it isn't being used.

WILL I BE STUCK IN A CONTRACT?
Absolutely not! We hate contracts just as much as anyone. If you are unhappy with the service for any reason, you may cancel at anytime.

CAN I USE THIS AS MY HOME INTERNET SERVICE?
Absolutely, and many of our clients do!

WHAT IS THE COVERAGE FOR YOUR SERVICE?
You may check your coverage via this official US government cellular coverage map: https://broadbandmap.fcc.gov/location-summary/mobile
We support AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon. If the map shows one or more of those services in your area, then we have you covered!

CAN I USE MY EXISTING SERVICE PLAN?
Unfortunately, no. We provide the service plans along with the device.
